HOW TO SHOP ONLINE
Welcome to Lab Series Online. Shopping is easy, convenient and
secure.
Simply click "Add to Cart" to place the product
selected in your shopping cart. You may continue adding products to your
shopping cart until you are ready to checkout.
When you've completed shopping, click the "Checkout"
button found on the upper right side of each page.
Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the
checkout process. Please note that you may change the contents of your
shopping cart during checkout prior to clicking on Submit Order.
After your order has been submitted, a Thank You
page will be displayed confirming that your order was received. An
email confirming receipt of your order will also be sent
shortly after your order was submitted. If an order confirmation does
not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact us

View Cart
Click on View Cart at the top of each page to
display your shopping cart with the list of the items selected for
purchase, the selected quantities of each, and the total cost of the
purchase. You may remove items or change the quantities ordered in this
area.
Deleting Items from your Shopping Cart
If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Cart, simply go
to View Cart and select the "Remove"
button to the left of the product name. The item will be removed from
your shopping cart.
USING THE SHOPPING CART
- To Edit Item Quantity - click on the quantity box, change
the number, and click the "update" button on
the bottom of the page.
- To Remove an Item - click on the word "remove"
next to the quantity box. The product will then be removed
from your shopping bag.
- To Save a Product to Purchase Later (Lab Series Online
members Only) - click on "save for later" next
to the quantity box. The product will then be moved to
the Save for Later section at the bottom of the page.
- To Continue Shopping - click on "continue shopping"
on the top and bottom of the page. This takes you to the
page you previously viewed.
- To proceed to Checkout - click on the "continue
checkout" button at the top or bottom of the page.
OPTIMAL ONLINE COLOR SETTINGS
This site is best viewed with Netscape or Internet Explorer 5.0
or higher and a minimum monitor resolution of 800 x 600. Please
note that monitors display colors differently based upon their
settings.

ITEM AVAILABILITY
Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of
your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the
expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items
are shipped as soon as they are available. Please be assured that
you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for
any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact
us at 1-866-316-4819 and we will be happy to assist you.
Pre-sell Items
Pre-sell items are items that are not yet in stock but available
for advanced purchase on our site. Pre-sell items are shipped
as soon as they are available with no additional shipping charges.
We will notify you of the status of your Pre-sell item via email
updates and confirmations. Please be assured that you will not
be charged for any item until it has shipped. Anticipated shipment
time (i.e. "Available for shipping in mid-September")
is indicated on the site adjacent to product information.
Please note: The actual delivery date of your order depends on
the shipping method you select.
MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY
We regret that we must limit orders to no more than six (6) units
of any item with a maximum purchase of $500 per customer. If you

REDEEMING PROMOTION CODES
Steps for Redeeming a Promotion Code:
1. Enter your promotion code (codes are case sensitive) on the
Payment Information section of the Billing
page.
2. Promotion codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly
as they appear.
3. Type in any additional required information.
When a promotion code is accepted, the discount will be displayed
in the Order Review page.
